Each garden, backyard, and lawn requires specific upkeep to looking its best throughout the whole year. Luckily, our team offers a wide range of maintenance packages for every home and budget.

Weekly Maintenance
what's included? You turf is mowed on a weekly basis. Clippings are re-mulched back into your lawn. All surfaces are maintained and expertly trimmed to match your lawn's height. All surfaces are blown clean, expect when specific village ordinances that prohibit gas-powered blowers during summer.

Spring Clean Up
what's included? Lawns, plant beds, and surfaces are cleared of leaves, twigs, and other winter debris. Beds are cultivated, weeded and space-edged. Perennials and grasses are pruned. De-thatching of lawns is offered at an additional cost.

Fall Clean Up
what's included? Lawns, plant beds, surfaces are cleared of leaves, twigs, and summer debris. Dormant perennials are cut back. Gathered leaves are re-mulched and worked into plant beds. Gathered leaves are left on the curbside for village pick-up.

Trimming / Pruning 1 per Season
what's included? Lawns, plant beds, surfaces are cleared of leaves, twigs, and summer debris. Dormant perennials are cut back. Gathered leaves are re-mulched and worked into plant beds. Gathered leaves are left on the curbside for village pick-up.

Trimming / Pruning 2 per Season
what's included? Expert trimming of all your property's Deciduous and Evergreen shrubs. All debris will be gathered by the Vista team and left for village pick-up.

Unlimited Trimming / Pruning
what's included? Vista's professional team will trim all your perennials, shrubs, ornamental trees throughout the entire landscaping season for a consistent and clean appearance.

Bi-Weekly Weeding & Cultivating
what's included? All plant beds are cultivated, according to local weather conditions. Vista's team will weed your entire property on a weekly basis.

Spring Aerating
what's included? Vista removes 3-4 inch cores from your lawn to allow oxygen and other nutrients to penetrate your soil. Due to local soil conditions, we recommend aerating your lawn at least once in both the Spring and Fall.

Fall Aerating
what's included? Vista removes 3-4 inch cores from your lawn to allow oxygen and other nutrients to penetrate your soil. Due to local soil conditions, we recommend aerating your lawn at least once in both the Spring and Fall.

Spring Seeding & Peat Moss
what's included? All bare areas of your property are cultivated, seeded and top-dressed with premium peat moss.

Fertilizing - 3 Applications
what's included? 3 applications of granular fertilizer, applied throughout the entire season. Pre-emergent fertilizer is applied in March/April, followed by a maintenance application in July. Your final Winterizer application is put down in early November.

Fertilizing - 5 Applications
what's included? 5 applications of granular fertilizer, applied throughout the entire season. Pre-emergent fertilizer is applied in March/April. Post-emergent is applied in May, with a insecticide application in July. Your Maintenance application is installed in September, with Winterizer applied in November. Additional herbicides are offered at additional cost.

Fertilizing & Herbicide - 5 Applications
what's included? 5 applications of granular fertilizer, applied throughout the entire season. Pre-emergent fertilizer is applied in March/April. Post-emergent is applied in May, with an Insecticide application in July. Your Maintenance application is installed in September, with Winterizer applied in November. Any additional weed control is included.
